Every Thursday evening the Velo Rouge Cafe , which is certified green by the Green Café Network (http://www.greencafenetwork.org/), is transformed from a great place to grab a cup of Blue Bottle coffee and take advantage of free wireless access, to a cozy restaurant where I offer a four course $45 prix fixe menu based on, and inspired by, what ever is in season at our local farmers’ markets.

We have two seating's every Thursday night at 6:15 and 8:00 p.m.  Each seating can accommodate up to 24 guests at 2-3 communal tables.

My goal is to create a fun, classy, yet casual communal dining experience where you can chat with your tablemate's (or not), and enjoy creative, tasty, sustainable and predominately locally sourced food.

With turkey cracklings, pomegranate seeds & hazelnuts

Katz Late harvest Sauvignon Blanc vinaigrette  

Rich turkey broth w/ house ground turkey & fresh water chestnut

Stuffed wontons

Slow roasted dark meat w/ romesco sauce

Hominy “polenta” & dandelion greens w/ garlic chips

pan fried turkey scaloppini w/ sauce vierge  

Marina di Chioggia puree & roasted broccoli rabe

Due to the limited nature of Melissa Claire's Kitchen we require a credit card number to make a reservation & will charge a $20 per person fee if the reservation is not canceled with 24 hour notice.
